A very comfortable hotel with a great pool and breakfast in the best location in Kunming. Staff and service were excellent. Very good value. We lived in Kunming for many years and this is the only place I choose to stay when we come back to visit.

We were impressed by the exceptionally courteous and friendly, helpful and efficient treatment from the hotel personnel, especially from the butler Shelly (I think that's how it's spelled). We would definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel was atmospheric and the room very comfortable. The historic nature of this hotel really added to its charm. The location was perfect, The Green Lake area is pretty, and there are also interestig neighbourhoods nearby.

The hotel had a wonderful location right next to the lake. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant is very good and there is also 24/7 room service.
