excellent location- walking distance from Green Lake which has beautiful giant lotus flowers and park filled with spots for children to enjoy. The hotel has three restaurants on site and excellent staff service who make you feel at home. Walter, Amanda, Frank, Shelly and especially Vicki took care of us and even though they spoke not much English was helpful in organizing trips, nucleic tests and taxis for us. Food in the western restaurant would satisfy those who love eating familiar western flavors. I love that I got a free room upgrade with a fabulous complimentary snacks in the room with daily fresh fruit prepared and good night deserts. Kids loved the complimentary kiddie friendly toiletries and free soft toys. Love their butler service with wechat service.

A very comfortable hotel with a great pool and breakfast in the best location in Kunming. Staff and service were excellent. Very good value. We lived in Kunming for many years and this is the only place I choose to stay when we come back to visit.

We were impressed by the exceptionally courteous and friendly, helpful and efficient treatment from the hotel personnel, especially from the butler Shelly (I think that's how it's spelled). We would definitely come back to this hotel.
